David Sandström says he has plans to work on yet another new album in August.

Dutch hardcore band Born From Pain and Norrland's David Sandström have been added to the Augustibuller Festival lineup. They also announced the newcomer/Havajiscenen lineup of unsigned bands: 21st Impact, Phony Phokes, Girl with a monkey, Alien She, Starfuck, The Idle Hands, Dwine, Tony Clifton, Marble and Dog Almighty.

David Sandström has launched a much more comprehensive version of his website: https://www.david-sandstrom.com/
As mentioned before, his new album "The Dominant Need of the Needy is to be Needed" is fantastic and well worth checking out.

Monstera is now booking David Sandström.

David Sandström - The Dominant Need of the Needy is to be Needed (Mofab Teg)
This record perfectly balances the aspirations of art, folk and rock. Great music, great lyrics, great everything. I really had no idea what to expect with this, but I was totally impressed. Parts remind of Fireside's "Elite", others bring to mind Norrland indiefolk stuff like Isolation Years. David Sandström, ex-drummer of Refused? Naah, it's just David Sandström, successful solo artist. Definitely another one of the best records I've heard this year.
